Sorry to say this David, but this post reminds me of last month's FUCKIN' YEAH! list...
I do agree however that in this day and age of quasi-infinite information we are easily tempted to catalogue our surroundings as a means to identify ourselves (or distance ourselves from certain realities, which is practically the same thing). At other times, however, it may prove to be a therapeutic exercise.
